4. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping across all UAE emirates regardless of order value.

• Delivery is usually within 2–5 business days inside the UAE.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Orders can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Refunds are processed via bank transfer after verifying the product.

• A fee of 25 AED will be deducted for delivery charges.
